Supplier Questionnaire for Vulnerability Assessment Tool BRC

The Supplier Questionnaire can be used with the Vulnerability Assessment Tool (BRC method) for food fraud assessments.

Send it to your suppliers, who will answer questions, save the file and send it back to you.  With the click of a button, you can copy the answers and paste them into your Vulnerability Assessment Tool.

There are 40 questions in the questionnaire.

Questions 1 to 27 can be copied directly into the Vulnerability Assessment Tool.  Suppliers’ comments can also be copied.

Questions 28 to 33 provide extra information to assist in your vulnerability assessment; they are not copied into the Vulnerability Assessment Tool.

Questions 34 to 40 are optional questions that can be created by you.

The Supplier Questionnaire is a Microsoft Excel Workbook.  It is compatible with Vulnerability Assessment Tool BRC v2.0 and subsequent versions.  For a questionnaire that is compatible with previous versions of the Vulnerability Assessment Tool BRC, write to us.
